I designed these knives with the home cook in mind. This blade size is a good all purpose utility knife with enough knuckle clearance to use on the cutting board comfortably. Hand forged with a distal taper and a midweight grind for great performance. The stainless blade also requires less maintenance, while still holding a great edge and being easy to sharpen.
